| H.E.A.R.T.S. is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, supported entirely by donations which are tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. |
| H.E.A.R.T.S. is dedicated to bridging the financial gap for organizations and individuals who are devoted to caring for animals by providing shelter, food, medical care, and spay/neuter services. H.E.A.R.T.S. acts as the fiscal sponsor for entities lacking the necessary resources to obtain grant or other funding on their own. We aim to provide supplemental funding so that these worthy entities may continue their important work without the fear of closure due to financial reasons. |
| H.E.A.R.T.S. was incorporated in Arizona in 2009, and currently focuses on animal care in the Southern Arizona area. |
| IMPORTANT NOTE: As of December 27, 2011, Pawsitively Cats is taking over the management of animal care, adoptions and other functions of Casa de los Gatos. The functions of the organization will continue as usual. Any donations made to Casa de los Gatos through H.E.A.R.T.S. will be directed to Pawsitively Cats. |
